Great mug for arthritic hands
I have RA and not a lot of hand function, but I do enjoy a cold beer or cider. Glass mugs are just impossibly heavy to hold. These are perfect, large handle for swollen knuckles, lightweight and they hold a full bottle of cider ! they are my go-to everyday mug, for squash and lemonade as well as other more alcoholic beverages.

Finally a clear folding brolly !
I ordered this folding umbrella for a recent weekend trip to Luxembourg with the Red Hat Society. As the name of our ladies group suggests " When I am old I shall wear purple with a red hat, which does not suit".. Of course when it rains the Red Hats tend to disappear under umbrellas which isn't quite the same, even if they too are red !. This was the answer to my problem (and I have recommended it to many of my friends). The umbrella folds small enough for a large handbag, has a cheeky touch of red but, most critically, allows the wearers red hat to be seen.! I found it to be quite sturdy, the 3 piece shaft extends (& retracts) easily with a little pressure and the crooked handle is very comfortable. One tip that I would make is to buy a microfibre brolly bag, so that you can put the umbrella back in your bag when the rain stops, even if it is wet. Buy one, especially if you've just Googled Red Hat Society !

Excellent screen.
1 of 1 found this helpful I have swapped my old Kindle for an iPad mini. I find the screen brighter and with better resolution. The iPad mini is much lighter than the equivalent sized Kindle, so is easier to hold while playing little games in bed.
