iToma Clock needs a little help

The only issue I have with the iToma clock is with the power cord. The clock will not stay on if you move it at all because the power cord is very sensitive. Any movement and it loses power. The good thing is that it resets itself immediately. However, I am wary of adjusting the volume or anything in the morning because I have to have the clock sitting just right to keep the connection and not lose power.
