  Good seller communication and sent quickly, but clearly not new. The hat had been worn at least once as it had minor signs of wear on the inside. I still would have bought it if it was described as worn once, so why lie. I’ve bought the same cap from the same shop from new so I know how it should be. Only bought this as I left mine in a taxi. Finally, reattaching the tags is not the same as “new with tags”. No hard feelings, just be straight about the condition in future.
