I checked repeatedly and saw that by 11.3.2022 the item still hadn't been despatched despite an estimated delivery date at the time of my purchase showing as 11.3.2022 - 13.3.2022. This prompted me to call the seller's number at 11.55 am. By 1.45 pm I found that I had received a refund. The seller made no attempt to communicate with me in the intervening days from my placing the order. Terrible service.
