Hostile, aggressive, threatening, lying and utterly disgustingly rude, doesn’t even scratch the surface of what I think about this person. The item never ever arrived, despite claiming they’d posted it twice and then provided me with ‘fake’ Royal Mail tracking numbers. I even went to the Royal Mail sorting office and they told me the same. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
