Seller sold the item as opened and never used , in that case i would expect everything should be be there including the original packaging. Which I didn’t receive so i returned the item exactly with everything it came with . 5 days after seller received the item back i asked for the refund . In response he said he wants to deduct £20 because he didn’t get the instruction book . Which is not true i put the book my self . He was looking for excuses to reduce my refund.

Buyer is a criminal. Stole items from the order and then returned it incomplete. Proof - the returned item weighs less than the order he received by the amount of the items he stole. He even admitted he had kept items from the order! His return pictures shows he wanted to return it before he even opened it! - proving he was misusing returns. Reported to eBay. Banned from further purchases.
