Natalie Cassidy Then & now Workout (DVD)
I decided to buy this workout dvd as the cover shows how Natalie looked before and after, I could not believe it and I have had to give it a go. I have had 3 children in 3 years so I did have a bit of a weight problem and a jelly belly. It took a few attempts at first to complete the full routine without stopping. When your not used to this much exercise it really takes it out of you. After a few attempts (don't give up, it does get easier) you begin to know the moves and when to change direction and what to do next. Then it really does become fun to do. Also it does work just a couple of times a week and the weight starts moving straight away. It also includes an eating plan which can be helpful also. I would recommend this workout to anybody!!
