Tiny hollow immediately melting cubes.
Do not blame the seller of this product, they are great, but the product itself is not what it claims to be. Blame Igloo and move on. The ice cubes are tiny and hollow, so they melt almost immediately if you use them in a drink that has not already been refrigerated. The description as well as the enclosed literature, indicate that the machine makes two sizes of cubes, a feature that I required, but it does not. It only make the tiny-melting-drink-ruiners. In retrospect, I suppose the only way it can make the claim of "40LBS High Capacity" is to make tiny cubes. Adding insult to this purchase, the chamber that holds the cubes, and the removable tray, are very small. You must immediately remove a layer of cubes to your freezer, or they begin to melt in the machine. Once they have a water coating from the melt, if you then move the cubes to your freezer, they freeze together in one large must-be-smashed, block of ice. This was a terrible purchase that I would love to send back but I didn't keep the box. Lesson learned.

Petite stature, huge power. Don't leave home without it.
Don't leave home without it! We were out on our lake in Pennsylvania (meaning we only have a 7 month boating season) for the first time this year having just detailed the boat for the 2018 season and, alas, the huge, dual-battery supported, MerCruiser 350 inboard motor would not start. Alas, the kind boaters in the slip beside ours brought out their Bolt, hooked it up to our main battery and three seconds later, our motor was humming. That same day, I returned home and ordered my own Bolt. It came partially charged, so I finished the charge and tucked it into the glove box of my car. It is petite in stature but a giant in power. I will never go onto the lake, or on a plane (it also charges small items like cell phones), or anywhere in my car, without this in my bag of tricks. Even if I do not need it, a water neighbor or another stranded motorist, might. This little gadget is large in peach-of-mind and self-sufficiency.
