Great value well made chainsaw mill.
Putting the mill together is easy enough if you look at the pictures carefully, the instructions aren't that great. Does a decent job of holding the chainsaw solidly. I would recommend getting an 11mm ratchet spanner for adjusting it. 90% of the process is the operator setting up a log properly, so take care and you'll get good results.
Worked ok but slow in softwood with a 28" bar and ripping chain on a husq365, however a 36" bar and lowpro ripping chain on a Stihl 661 is so much better.
It's easy enough to get spares, add a hand winch, extra crosspiece etc if required.

Worked a treat
The old motor stopped working properly, so I got this replacement which is working great, good as new. A little bit of skill required to disassemble and fit the new motor but much cheaper than a whole new head.

Good part
Arrived promptly, decent replacement part, was a bit of a pain to fit the inner bushes getting the clamps shut, but that's to be expected really.
