Really works
I have had reoccurring issues with my full face mask leaking, primarily due to the level of air pressure. These foam pads are very helpful. I combine them with a cloth liner in order to make them last longer, so I can use the foam pads for 3 weeks or longer.

Excellent CPAP Pillow
This pillow is great for CPAP users. It is specially designed to cradle your head when sleeping on your back, keeping your head centered for the best airway results. When sleeping on your side, the upper portion of the pillow allows for comfortable support--memory foam style, but more importantly, the side cutaway allows the mask to settle in line with your head. No more push back from a regular pillow causing air leaks. At $50, it might seem expensive, but it works. It really works. I struggle with my CPAP compliance, and this pillow is a game changer for me.

Works-But read the fine print!
These liners have adhesive so that they stay on the mask. You can use them for a week or more before replacing. The advertisement says a full months worth--and that means only 4 liners. So, you wind up paying the same amount for 4 of these that you do for 30 of the ones without adhesive. They are overpriced, in my opinion. $25 for 4 liners? Should be $10 at the most.
