Case and disc looks in great shape but t...

Case and disc looks in great shape but the game constantly bugs, freezes, and sometimes wont even recognize the disc. Literally gave me an error code that the disc was unreadable. Cant even make it past the first level. Tried cleaning the disc to no avail.
