Trouble syncing..... inaccurate step count
1 of 1 found this helpful Half the time the device will not sync until I power down my phone, then use the "add a new device" option. All the time the step count is inconsistent -- steps recorded in the evening are always different in the morning -- usually 5-15% LESS than what was recorded the night before. Makes no sense at all.
