Powerful beast
So powerful I could not push it along the carpet until I lengthened the handle! Easy to empty and cleans the carpet thoroughly. Only a couple small niggles. The dust collector does not always close first time and when storing, the handle is fiddly to fit into the holder on the base.
Great vacuum, very light for those of us with a bad back

Better than nothing and using the gravel cleaner siphon
I bought this to clean debris and gravel whilst not removing water from the tank, between partial water changes. The suction is far less than I expected. Although it picks some bits up, it misses a lot and takes forever to suck into the tube. I find myself wiggling it to try to get the bits to go up, like catching something at a fayre. It is vastly overpriced, but it is better than nothing. I was using a siphon gravel cleaner but find I still have to use it now, as well as the hoover
