Worth every penny. Crystal clear
4 of 4 found this helpful neat small and accepts a wide range of supply voltage NE5523p IC A well known dual channel Op amp. I use a NAD C320BEE and I use the 12v switched power socket to run the preamp its so clean no humming at all. now to the sound. I like a range of music including heavy metal & rock. i have tried other preamps and all were lacking that guitar sound lots of bass no high treble and sounded like a lot missing in the mid range. This preamp has everything I love it. You would pay a lot more for less elsewhere. Not the prettiest box but who cares its in the back of my HIFI cabinet more function than form. I listen to my music. I don't stare at my gear. Well done SPC.
