    1st one was dispatched immediately & from the tracking record we can both clearly see its stuck in royal mails black hole & is still there. So they kindly sorted very promptly sending another which i received the next day. My husband who literally has just come out of hospital absolutely LOVES it. I recommend these people and this product to anyone thinking of getting one whether ill or not. Thanks again. Lets hope Royal Mail send u the lost 1 back or if it gets to me i'll send it back

Side rails arrived by Parcelforce, and the bed by courier. They both arrived on time. A video was provided by Maureen to erect the bed. Again, first class service. Thank you.
