ARCO Marine Premium Replacement Inboard Alternator w/Single Groove Pulley - 12V

AC Tap does not work and run my tachometer. Everything else works

Before purchase I was told it is a direct replacement for the Mororola Prestilite on my OMC Cobra 5.8L. I found out that this Alternator does not support the Tach via the Alternator. AC Tap does not work. I called and they told me to wire it up the same and the Tach does not send a signal.
