Could be designed alot better.
Flimsy. Will not open our new Velux windows when fully closed.
Needs better plastic end to pull down opening bar firmly.

Well designed, easy to use.
Much better than the previous model.
Much more power, lightweight, well balanced, does the job.

Usless as the size was far too small.
No sizes were given on the description on e-bay.
Sole sent was a Ladies small.
I am a size 9 gents but there was no size on the advertisement.
Return cost was not worth the return.
