Toilet Seat Steadies.
Smashing does the job 100%.Very easy to fit you will need a drill to make two small holes to the underside of the seat.Will take about 10 minutes to fit.

Panniers
Have only put these on my bike loosely.I have just bought a Royal Enfield Meteor as royal enfield do not do a pair of panniers only a single sided one I went for this pair.They look to be just the job and the quality seems ok for the price.Time will tell but very happy with this buy.

Sports Rub.
Two years ago we were recommended this Cream buy a Young chap who is into tia boxing.My wife had very bad atthritis and yes it did help.I now use it when I go to the Gym.I would just point out that i'm 76 so yes I think it's good.
