I am extremely careful with all my sales items. I suspect it was cut through with a Stanley knife when it was opened at the other end.

I found this to be very accurate and well made. Low price too.
The item arrived quickly and works well. Very accurate which surprised me at the price. I bought two more and all three gave the same readings when put in the same location. Easy to use and clear display.
