Does what it says

The DVD writer in my laptop (Toshiba) packed up. A replacement costs over £150! Ridiculous for something that has a landed cost of about £6 for a laptop that cost about £200. This USB device is absolutely phenominal. I would advise everone to buy one to keep just in case.

On price it can't be beaten. U shank fitting are fast becoming obsolete. So stock up.

Didn't work

Poor quality and looks cheap, which it is. More important, it didn't work, so I had to return it at my inconvenience. I have had other items from Binatone, which have been satisfactory.
