Antenatal Yoga - Relaxation & exercise in pregnancy DVD
7 of 7 found this helpful The DVD looks like it was filmed many years ago by the style of clothes. In the middle of an exercise the speaker decides to then tell you that you shouldn't do this exercise in a certain stage of your pregnancy (too late already started the exercise). A little too quick from one exercise to another, pregnant women cant manover their bumps as quick as someone who hasn't got one. Not ideal for a first timer to yoga, would be better suited to someone who already practises yoga. On a positive note the relaxation and breathing exercises were very good. DVD should be priced lower.
