This helped my daughter with SPD
1 of 1 found this helpful This helps to block out background noise when our daughter goes to bed. She is 4 years old and has SPD. She was complaining about the noise of the TV downstairs (even though it was turned down). This has stopped it completely, so well worth buying. She has it on calm setting and the volume turned up quite high.
