Very good resource for this topic.
The quality of medical care, by today's standards, was primitive in mid-19th century America. Today's medical practices may also seem primitive in the not too distant future. That said, this is an informative look at the practice of medicine during that era, the dichotomy of treatment quality that existed between slave owners and their slaves, and insight into the folklore, homeopathy, and herbal knowledge within the slavery community. I needed this as a resource for a larger project I am working on. It was helpful and informative.

Lightweight, great tonal range, nice neck.
I bought this as a back up and am very pleased. It has a thin, wide neck making it easy to play. The pickups provide great sound and the 5-way selector switch gives a great tonal range. The body has a nice look and playing shape and is lightweight.
