I am pleased with this product,

Did not download completely e.g. a double-clicked Excel file did not open, though the file could be opened from within a new Excel file. There could be any number of reasons for this, so I do not blame the seller or indeed the idea of buying a product key. Found site 'Excel 2016 doesn't open file when I double click in Explorer' and followed the instructions on this site. Seemed to download everything again. After downloading this time I was asked for verification. Verification with my Microsoft account did not work. 'Of course not' I hear you say. I just want to say that the messages you get when you try this are just nonsense: ignore them. But the alternative verification with the product key did work, as the seller stated. As far as can tell, all the 'Office' programs are working correctly. The 'Outlook 2016' download was 'intelligent': the program kept my 'contacts' and 'favorites'. I am pleased with this product, hence the 4 stars.
