    Someone was a bit aggressive with our loo! Fortunately I found the exact replacement flush valve (despite the original being installed 20 years ago). Luckily the valve is attached to the fixing on the cistern via a bayonet connection. Bathroom Spare Parts had the exact model required; their communication was excellent and two days after ordering the component it arrived. Ten minutes to detach and reattach the top / valve unit and our bathroom functions again. Highly recommend this supplier.

    Good service arrived on time. It was allegedly posted tracked but the ''tracking number'' was not in Royal Mail format and in fact was the postage barcode. A number of ebay sellers do this, but he package will arrive on schedule.
