A return was nonetheless accepted without question as soon as you requested it and you were refunded as soon as it was received back. There was no involvement by eBay as far as I am aware.

Best kettle ever
When I was little we only ever had black tea so a kettle that only boiled water made sense. This kettle is how all modem kettles should be. The buttons are easy to use. The handle is easy to hold and it's the full 3kW giving a rapid boil. The lid opens easily and softly. It looks great too. Yes, it's dear compared with a bog standard kettle but in this case you do get what you pay for.

This cover replaces the standard black Microsoft one. It's a really great design.

Solid broadband connection
Before buying this I had been using my mobile phone as a Wi-Fi hot spot. The Huawei gives over twice the speed on upload and download (20 MB/s vs under 10 in my location) and a far more stable signal. I found the supplied external aerials made no difference.
It's easy to set up and didn't really require much more than switching on. The only thing that flummoxed me was that the instructions said that the username and password were on the back of the router. They weren't but Google came to rescue. I also couldn't get the WPS key to work but that is a minor problem.
It is solidly built and seems good quality. My only suggestion is that as it is all white, it would have been nice if they had provided a white PSU to go with it but, again, a first-world problem. Overall, I'm very happy as it does its core function very well. We now have multiple devices connected via Wi-Fi and the internet connection is much faster and more stable than before.
