Ibanez GRG7221 7-String Electric Guitar in White --

Blown away (given the price)

I have played lots of guitars. Owned a small chunk. This is my first 7-string. I had thought about trying extended range guitars for a while and when I lost all of my guitars in a fire I decided to grab this insanely affordable one to hold me over until I could get something of better "quality". I was immediately shocked at how nice this felt and played. I had several ESP's before, I like the way this plays much more. Now compared to some very high end guitars I have used, you cant compare (duh I know), but I think this stands up to many guitars in its playing field that cost $400-$500 more! It also reminded me of how much I was missing using active pickups. It feels so liberating to be back playing passives. 8 string prestige here I come. Thank you Ibanez.
