I received the Dyson V8 Hoover in a box marked fragile, however, the the Dyson was merely put in box in separate parts. The stick was dented & scraped. The brushes were damaged. I contacted the seller with photos of the packaging and the state of the Dyson. I was told to return it and then they would issue a refund. The cost of returning this is far too much. I am really disappointed. The Dyson is definitely not like the photos. It is far more worn and additionally damaged from transit.
