Love this machine!
I'm in my late 60's and just wanted to move myself. With no nice walks locally, I went for this treadmill.
It is very heavy but well built. It is very quiet.
So far I have started at a very gentle pace and have found it very versatile. I can make very small adjustments to the speed and incline with 'a push of a button'
Without pushing too hard, I lost 9lbs in the first week.
The display is easy to read and controls easy to understand.
My only gripe is that it doesn't display mph. I can't get my brain used to kph.
I haven't used the USB facility yet.
So far, I am very happy I made the choice of this machine. I am happy to go to it every day and am getting rewarded.
