Does the job!
0 of 1 found this helpful I bought this to clean the screen of a tablet. It's an interesting design, in that the spray bottle is enclosed in a soft cloth which you use to wipe the screen after spraying the cleaning liquid on. It works well enough, but the bottle does not hold much liquid, and will probably run out after a couple of dozen uses.

Good-looking guitar
2 of 2 found this helpful I bought this guitar at less than the normal RRP because the neck had pulled loose from the body. I managed to fix this and now it's (nearly) good as new. The description did not call out the damage to the area around the strap button, but I'm not complaining, as I knew I was getting a damaged guitar. The spalted maple top and mahogany body makes it a really good-looking guitar, which is what attracted me to it.

A fascinating insight into how we got here!
Professor Richard Dawkins is probably more widely known for his role as a campaigning atheist than for his "day job" as an evolutionary biologist. I had already read his books The God Delusion and The Magic of Reality, and wanted to learn more about evolution from this skilled and passionate communicator.
In this book he takes on religious creationists who refuse to accept that we are here as a consequence of slow, gradual evolution, and who insist that life was "intelligently designed" by a supernatural creator. Dawkins calls these people "history-deniers".
However this is a science book rather than a "religion-challenging" book like The God Delusion. In it he sets out the evidence for evolution by natural selection, as first recognised by Charles Darwin.
I found it extremely enlightening. I only had a layman's passing understanding of the subject, and this book explains why the "theory" of evolution is actually the FACT of evolution. Richard Dawkins is skilled at describing scientific processes in a way that laymen can understand. Some of the fine scientific detail is a bit hard going, but this is down to the nature of the subject and my low starting level of knowledge, not Dawkins' literary style.
In short, a book which should be read by everyone with even a mild curiosity about how we all got here. Sadly, it probably won't be read by the people who should read it the most - the religious fundamentalists who believe every word in their holy books is literal, historical fact.
