Doesn't look like 200W to me...
As some other reviewers mentioned previously, these (at least the one I bought through this listing) are more likely 100W panels, not 200W.
Mine is hooked up to a 30Amp HQST mppt charge controller that reports it's maxing out at ~20volts and 4.5amps from the panel in full sun, ambient temp around 60°F, with the battery sufficiently drawn down enough to accept full input from the controller.
Since Volts x Amps = Watt... 18 x 4.5 = 81
Of course the price would indicate that the deal is too good to be true for 200W... So Caveat Emptor.
The quality of the panel itself seems okay-to-good. It's lightweight, thin, and semi-flexible so it stows away easily in my pass-through. I use it with 10' extension cables (14AWG) when camping with my trailer, and have only done so about 10 times since purchase so it's hard to report on the durability.
If I thought I was buying a 100W panel I would've given it 4 stars.
