Not OE part but works well and value for money. Will use again if needed.
The photo of the item in the advert is of the OE FORD remote key shell. The one sent is NOT a FORD item but an aftermarket copy. You have to read the description to know this. The originals are darker blue and have the enamelled "FORD" logo on the back as shown in the photo. The ones supplied do NOT. However they are the exact size and work. I wanted to replace mine as the original plastic loop at the top for the key remote was broken on both. Also the original ones are glued shut from new as the MK7 Transit has a rechargeable battery in the fob that gets charged by induction loop when the key is in the ignition and turned on so you should never have to change the battery or open the case. So when you get the repair case you have to very carefully use a razor blade or very thin serrated knife to cut along the join enough to release the two sides of the case. The inner unit then falls out. When re assembling a small amount of super glue ONLY of the lip of the shell along the gap to re seal them from water ingress is needed. Takes about 10 mins to do it carefully. Did both mine and they work perfectly. Value for money. Will use again if needed.

A real bargain
Been looking for the safety edge razor blades for detailing paint work on the edge of windows for a long time but small packs of 3 or 5 are very expensive. Then I wound this bargain. I already have one of the razor blade holders (scrapers) and these fit perfectly. It's one of those rare bargains that turns out to be an actual bargain and a quality product.
