Best computer deal I've ever had.
2 of 3 found this helpful The mid-2012 MacBook Pro is the last version if you need or want an integrated DVD player/burner, or you more storage capacity without paying a fortune for a high-capacity SSD that can't be upgraded. With two USB 3.0 and a Thunderbolt port, you've got good connectivity that will serve a user very well for several years. The unit I received was exactly as described...well no, actually it was in better shape than described. I checked it out thoroughly on receipt and everything was working fine. I have since upgraded the RAM memory to 16GB, replaced the original hard drive with an SSD for the OS and apps, and the optical drive with a 2TB hard drive for general storage. I'm very pleased. A high quality, well-built, fast, flexible, mobile computer for $750. A great deal.

2 of 2 found this helpful It was a blast to see Ben in Martin decked out in turn-of-the-century garb. There are a lot of subtleties to watch for that refer back to the previous episodes or to the original stories. On the other hand, I was disappointed to see that they did only one episode instead of three as previously -- even if the other two reverted back to modern clothing. Makes the single episode kind of pricey; and, like the review title, leaves you unsatisfied and wanting more.

Worth the money
the almost perfect case if you have an Apple DVD drive to use external. Assembly is a no brainer. You might have to tweet the slot a bit so the disk ejects correctly. Other than that it's great.
