The quality of it is really good but thats it
The quality is really good but it's hard. I like a soft to medium pillow but it's hard as nails. It does give but not enough. I have medical issues, neck and back problems. I will need to find yet another pillow. I had high hopes for this but it will join the others in pillow cemetery.
It will probably be great for you but not for me sadly

Very fast postage. The peat bricks burn hot and keep going for ages. They smell nice too
