Good product but tricky to assemble
I have just replaced my ageing Mountfield electric lawn mower which never let me down. My original one had a metal deck which did make it heavy but meant that it lasted well over 10 years. The new one has a plastic deck which a handle grip on the top which does make it easier to lift up steps etc. The rear roller is much smaller in diameter than the old one but seems to do the job. Assembly of the mower was straight forward but to put together the plastic grass box was extremely difficult, as to make each part 'click' into the other required a lot of strength and dexterity. I actually preferred the old box which was plastic top and bottom with fabric sides. Once assembled, it was fine and did the job. The box was easy to put in place on the mower body and remove when full. Overall, I am happy with the product which does what it's supposed to do.
