12x12 Gold Rush MAMBI Paper Pad 48 sheets Specialty Cardstock Foil Glitter

Disappointing
I ordered this paper pad as I love glitter and foiling and this looked just the job. I rarely buy paper pads as I usually only like a minority of the papers and the rest go unused but I gave this a go based on the description and pictures. There are a couple of lovely designs but the majority are really boring and will not get used.

OMG I love this machine!
As an inexperienced sewer, this was a considered purchase for me. It was worth every penny. I had bought a machine about 5 years ago but never really got on with it, constantly having problems with thread tension, breaking threads etc. Every project would take at least 3 times longer than necessary and it was very frustrating. The Singer is my new favourite craft item! It has loads of amazing features including automatic tension, automatic thread snipper and is exceptionally quiet. You can tell it is a quality machine as soon as you start sewing with it, it just sounds right. The Singer has well over 100 stitches (more than I’ll ever use!) and the machine will even tell you which presser foot to use. It is super easy to thread with the automatic needle threader and filling/loading the bobbin is a breeze. It comes with a range of accessories including all the presser feet you will need to get going, a pack of needles, extension table and hard cover. The instructions are clear and there is a series of instructional YouTube videos to compliment the machine. The LCD screen is quite large so is easy to see but you can increase the backlight if necessary. Even though the tension is automatic, you are able to change it if you wish to. Although I’ve only had the machine a few weeks, I’ve already made several projects with no problems at all. In fact, I can’t wait to use it every day! All in all, this is an awesome sewing machine.
