snapshot of old dublin
It was lovely to see this old print, as growing up i Dublin I know the street well.
such prints are rarely printed in Irish Newspapers ( which generally favour republican ideals )
but this shows there was a large number of ordinary Dubliners who welcomed the Royals.
amd were loyal to them. who would have thought that only 16 years later there was a rebellion
thus this is a piece of History.

Something different. and funny
a very odd off beat retired dectective.Great to have the feel and sight of London in the
1970 or 1980 period. Some very contrived plots, but his side kick a very attractive girl
with a lovely Scots lilt takes the heat out of heavy plots.
Some real villains too. he gets beaten up several times. lightweigh viewing.
