    Item incorrectly listed as in Used/fully functional condition and in Very Good Condition. Item did not work at all. Raised this with the eBayer but was met with an abrupt and defiant attitude telling me that I was a time-waster. Contravened the seller policy but blamed me in numerous messages. All the eBayer needed to do was own up to incorrectly listing, perhaps as a mistake and refund without delay or argument. A shame as I haven’t experienced kind of behaviour on eBay for a while.
