Probably good value in the price range £500-£1000 but could be better

I bought this second hand off ebay but it was unused. As such, there was no warranty or instructions. It is also a model that has been superseded by Belling so obtaining correct spares might be problematic. Following installation, it was apparent that the conventional oven didn't work and the element blown. I purchased this online from theelementman.co.uk for a reasonable price but had a shocking time trying to ascertain the right part number for this model. I haven't replaced the element yet so can't comment if the problem has been solved! I have used the fan oven however, and my disappointment with this is the time to achieve selected temperature and maintain heat. It took over 20 mins to reach 180 celsius. Haven't experienced it yet but a friend said that the knobs and oven handles get very hot and so I'm worried about kids touching it. Also worried for my kitchen units on either side in case the heat causes bubbling or discolouration.
