98% of VZ quality/look/feel/etc for 50% of the cash
I love VZ grips, I do - but I hate the $65 cost even more. I spent a lot of time researching the other available options, took a chance on the CoolHand grips and could not be happier.
I like the VZ Operator series, and subjectively-speaking I think the VZ's still have a very slight edge on the CoolHand grips in the looks dept. The VZ's look a tad more refined, but certainly not $34 more refined.
CoolHand grips look very, very good, have the same G10 material and they are very aggressively 'grippy'. They fit the Kimber TLE/RL perfectly.
That's it - I'm demanding, I took a risk on Coolhands and it paid off. I'll get more. (Coyote/Brown shown on my niece's Kimber)

Looks very well made.
The black components (the levers, the collar) are actually hard rubber encasing brass, so this whole thing s/b very durable. Stainless steel ball-cock.
