Nice little Chromebook

This is a pretty good laptop for web browsing and creating documents. Battery life is excellent as is the keyboard. Web cam is a little so-so and doesn't deal with back lit situations very well, causing the subject to be underexposed. The price price, refurbished, is under £100, but I have found the 'refurbishment' standards to be a little unpredictable. Mine turned up, and it was obvious that the casing had been opened as there are 'prise' marks between the two halves of the casing and keyboard, and hadn't been clipped back together again properly, which I did myself. There were also missing rubber feet under the laptop. I decided it wasn't bad enough to return (unlike a manufacturer approved refurbished tablet I also bought from this outlet). It was a little disappointing to see the claim "Manufacturer refurbished: An item that has been professionally restored to working order".

I bought this R1 to replace one that I had stolen. Fantastic camera

I bought this to replace one I had stolen. The camera is in good condition and the lens excellent, as too is the handling. There is nothing like it...large sensor, fixed lens at this price. It is bulky, but I find this makes it stable in lower light levels. Unfortunately the one I bought is extremely sticky between 100-120mm lens setting. However it is 'just' usable. If I was buying again, I would question the owner and ask how the lens is between at this range.
