  Item had some defects not revealed in the listing, one part was not working correctly. When reaching out to the seller about it, they blocked us immediately with not even a response back. The problem with the order is one thing, I can understand overlooking something if you're not very familiar with the item, but not much excuse for that type of service. Overall not a great transaction and leaves you with a bad feeling that the seller just doesn't care.
