Can't Sharpen
Love the pencils - but haven't figured out how to sharpen. Pencils do not push up from bottom, but are supposed to be sharpened from top. I have several sharpeners big enough - but the more I sharpen, the lower the color tube goes down inside toward the bottom. Have tried a knife to break the wood off, but the color tube still drops down inside (or just disappears into itself). Otherwise, the colors are great, but can't use after exposed part wears down. I gave 4 stars and good recommendation because obviously there must be people who know how to sharpen these. The manufacturer's Website has no info that I've found yet.

They actually work
I have three mines on this mini (40" X 70") layout i 'm starting, all three have working mine bin doors.. These side dump cars make it simple to make this happen! I have six of them, 2 each will handle the three mines. Then all six will dump there ore loads onto a waiting barge with a trap door on bottom which is dumped into a container, well you get the idea
Great little side dump cars.
