Great workhorses
For an old self-tailing 2-speed winch, the Lewmar 40ST is a workhorse. It's also easy to get rebuild parts, if the drum and tailer are in good condition. I have 4 of these on my boat. Love 'em!

Dandruff kicker
I have been using Philip B products for years. Anti-Flake is the best product I have found to stop my dandruff. I do wash my hair everyday or every other day.
