1 of 2 found this helpful I'd been using Microsoft Office 2007 for years. I ordered an updated version, only to get a warning that it was a bogus / unprofessional outfit. Being determined to get a newer version, I again ordered one. This time the package arrived. BUT when I contacted Microsoft, they informed me the license key had been used too many times. Next, I contacted eBay. It was a very pleasant experience to have eBay's help. My account was credited on the bad deal and my new version arrived right away !
