missing bolts

nice machine but when first used after removing transit bolts it shook and banged like crazy.upon inspection we found that the bolts holding down the concrete block on top of the drum were missing and it was bouncing on the drum.since putting bolts in myself it has been ok but is still quite noisy but not as bad.
