Great for dizziness
Bought these for long term dizziness, when taking I do notice my episodes of dizziness are shorter and less intense. Taking less prescribed anti-vertigo tablets as a result.

These have really helped me lose weight when taken in conjunction with a healthy diet. A must have!

Amazing for lower back pain
1 of 1 found this helpful I have chronic lower back pain caused by a degenerative disc. The only thing that helps apart from strong painkillers is a hot bath with this in it, it's my holy grail and I couldn't do without it!
