Rubbish
Cheap fake crap that is not the actual size it states

Didn't even fit.
So ordered 2 as it had good reviews. Both too small and slightly different sizes. One fell out so easily you would only have to gently tap the mod on the side while on a flat surface and it would fall out. The other loose it would wobble and was not secure at all.
Refund issued took just over a day so not bad at all. appreciated.
However would not recommend this item in the slightest

Dont bother
This is not extract for one. I use another brand normally and thought I would try this instead, a waste of money. These dont help with sleep at all. I recommend valerian just avoid this brand.
