Completely adequate instrument
This transponder had been removed from an aircraft for a regulatory upgrade, and after installation and testing it proved to work satisfactorily.

More than adequate
1 of 1 found this helpful Have around 350 flawless hours on two spot-types of these on a Cessna 172. Very bright. Long range visibility. Works well with LED flasher for cross-country. Steady mode perfect for night ops. Zero radio interference experienced. Low electrical load, and lower rated fuse (5 amp) installed. Great replacement for auto/motorcycle PAR36 housings too. Recommended.
