The worst company I’ve ever dealt with  I made a mistake when ordering the battery the battery numbers were so close, 512SW 521SW  I can see where I made a mistake so I packed it up and sent it back, but they say they never received it I sent it back with Royal mail but they still don’t believe me we had conversation after conversation and actually got nowhere a little watch battery cost £2.85 after all what is £2.85 for good relations?

We did not receive the item from Royal Mail, and we think this buyer may be under the illusion that Royal Mail delivery times are quick, and effective. We clearly said that we would (and will) refund when the goods were returned. He has tried to open an item not received case (after he sent it back) and then tried to set up a return after that. We have reported to ebay as this buyer is just not reasonable, and if this feedback stays (On appeal) we cannot agree this is our issue. Buyer Remorse!
